2. Products & Services
All products and services displayed on this website are subject to availability. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. While we strive to display accurate product information, we do not warrant that descriptions, pricing, or other content is error-free.
3. Purchases & Payments
All purchases are made in-store. Payment methods accepted include cash, UPI, and major digital wallets. A receipt will be provided for every transaction. All sales are final unless otherwise specified at the time of purchase.
4. Warranty & Returns
Warranty on bicycles and parts is provided as per the manufacturer's terms. Riders by Prajapati Cycle does not offer independent warranties unless explicitly stated. Defective products may be exchanged within 7 days of purchase with the original receipt. Wear-and-tear items (tyres, tubes, brake pads) are non-returnable.
5. Repairs & Servicing
Repair estimates are provided before work begins. We are not liable for delays caused by parts unavailability. Uncollected cycles after 30 days of repair completion may incur storage charges. We take reasonable care but are not responsible for pre-existing damage or wear.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, logos, graphics, and design — is the property of Riders by Prajapati Cycle and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Reproduction without written consent is prohibited.
7. Limitation of Liability
Riders by Prajapati Cycle shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or products/services purchased from us. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product or service in question.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
